All first time clients receive a consultation. It requires a $20 deposit minimum at the beginning of the consultation and it is applied to your first hair service. If you decide not to have services rendered by us the deposit is non refundable. We recommend scheduling the hair appointment at the end of the consultation. If you must check your schedule please do not wait more than 7 days to schedule the hair appointment.
When you delay the appointment scheduling process, exceeding 7 days after the consultation, the deposit becomes non refundable. To ensure you are ready for us to take this journey with you please be conscious and prepared with your availability so you can schedule without delay. If you must cancel please feel free to use your online client profile with your email on file. We ask that you cancel 48 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours notice or if you are a "no-call no-show", a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 is required before scheduling the next appointment.
This $25 payment is separate from the total payment for hair styling services rendered. There will also be a $20 deposit due for the follow-up hair appointment secondary to the initial canceled or missed appointment. The secondary deposit is refundable with a 48 hour notice of cancel or rescheduling. The secondary deposit is non-refundable without 48 hour notice of cancellation, or reschedule. We have experienced cancellations increase without proper communication from the clients, this policy is to encourage better communication. If you're more than 15 minutes late, you may have to: have a shortened service, wait for the next available stylist, or reschedule. - Any non-refundable deposits will not be applicable to appointments rescheduled due to the lateness of 15 minutes or more.We want to be able to always operate as the same business you love, but we cannot do it alone.
Our time--like yours--is valuable. Communication failures resulting in excessive "no-shows", last minute cancellations, or rescheduling greatly hurt our business. We thank you in advance for your cooperation, understanding, and continued support.
